2027 AAA Team Tryouts
Miracle Gold Hockey is hosting tryouts for our 2027 AAA tournament teams! Tryouts will take place at the Super Rink August. ***Please note updated tryout dates/times below.
Ages
Boys: 2012 - 2020
Girls:
14U= 2012-2013
12U= 2014 -2015
10U= 2016-2017
8U= 2018 and younger
** Goalies will be evaluated during their session time by our Goalie Coach**
When
Where
Tryouts: Super Rink.
Most season practices will take place at the Super Rink.
Tournament locations will vary depending on team.
Practices/Tournaments
20 practices throughout the season.
2 - 4 tournaments included- depending on age level
cost
Tryout cost: $30 if pre-registered, $40 for walk-ins.
MGH 2027 AAA Team Tryouts
Age Groups:
Boys: 2012-2020
Girls: 8U - 14u
Program Highlights:
20 hours practice (primarily at the Super Rink)
2 - 4 tournaments (depending on age level)
Season runs April, May, August
Official MGH game jersey and socks included
Special Skills sessions (included):
Scott Steffen- NHL Skills Coach and Miracle Gold Coach (2019 Elite Invite)
Bryce Brodzinski- Former Blaine HS Mr. Hockey, Minnesota Gopher and NHL Draft Pick, Miracle Gold Coach (2017)
Zane Spaniol- Former Blaine HS Captain and D1 Goalie Air Force Academy, Miracle Gold Goalie Coach (ALL Teams)
Skills Training:
Proper shooting technique
Proper body positioning
Edge work sessions

Tryout Fee: $30 ($40 at door for walk ins)
Tournament Team Cost: will vary depending on team and total number of tournaments

Gold = Typically competes in a mix of invite and/or open level tournaments
Black = Typically competes at the "open" level tournaments
White= (2012 ONLY) competes in "open" level tournaments
